Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are charged in full at the time of preorder and are calculated according to the destination shipping area selected at checkout.

All WideluxX™ cameras are shipped from Germany once production has been completed and the individual camera has passed final inspection and quality control. Because each camera is individually manufactured, assembled, and prepared for its owner, shipment will only take place once the camera is ready for safe dispatch.

Preorder and production timelines are communicated separately on the product page and in the applicable Terms and Conditions. Any estimated shipping or delivery timeframe provided before dispatch is an estimate only and may be affected by production scheduling, component availability, customization timing, quality control requirements, carrier handling, customs processing, or other circumstances outside the direct control of SilverBridges GmbH.

Each WideluxX™ camera is packed with particular care in order to protect the camera’s precision mechanical construction during transport. Packaging is intended to help preserve both the cosmetic condition and the functional integrity of the camera while in transit.

Shipments are sent via express service and are fully insured. Insurance is intended to cover loss, transit damage, and cosmetic or handling-related damage that could affect the appearance or operation of the camera.

Once a camera has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail together with tracking information, where available for the destination and shipping carrier used.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local carrier operations, weather, and other transport conditions. Any delivery estimate provided after shipment is for guidance only and is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. SilverBridges GmbH is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, additional storage or handling charges, or other losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These amounts are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

SilverBridges GmbH has no control over the amount of import-related charges imposed by authorities or carriers in the destination country. Customers outside the European Union are encouraged to inform themselves in advance about the import rules, procedures, and costs that may apply in their jurisdiction.

If a shipment is delayed due to customs clearance, local import procedures, or carrier-related issues in the destination country, such delay does not by itself constitute a defect in performance by SilverBridges GmbH.

If a shipment is returned because delivery could not be completed, was refused by the recipient, was not accepted, or was not cleared through customs, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, reshipment costs, customs charges, storage charges, handling fees, or similar expenses incurred as a result.

If a shipment arrives with visible transport damage, customers should inspect the package and contents promptly, document the condition with photographs where possible, and contact SilverBridges GmbH without delay. Prompt reporting helps preserve evidence and supports coordination with the shipping insurer where applicable.

Failure to report visible shipping damage immediately does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, but timely notice is strongly recommended in order to facilitate the handling of any shipping-related claim.
